Screenprint on Heritage 315 gsm
Peacock are happy to present a new work as part of our Legacy Collection series: Adrian Wiszniewski’s ‘Dragon’ realised as a limited edition screenprinted poster.
The image is taken from Wiszniewski’s 1986 lithograph ‘Dragon,’ which was included in The Scottish Bestiary, a portfolio of prints and poems published by Peacock and Paragon Press. The mythical creature appears tamed and docile next to the melancholic young man: an image of humanity and the animal world meeting each other without fear.
All prints have been numbered and signed by the artist on the front and stamped with the Peacock mark on the back.
The Legacy Collection celebrates printmaking’s collaborative culture, as we invite artists who had previously worked with Peacock to realise an editioned screenprinted poster. All income generated through sales is reinvested directly into our workshop facilities and printmaking activities.
