Arty-Fact: “La Bise is a story about people who “miss each other” almost a year after the start of confinement. It’s a universal story which spans humankind.
“I created this street art paste-up collage on a Paris wall on the 10th January 2021 (watch the video) with friends “who I miss”.
“The artwork, found near the Place de la République (rue Juliette Dodue), has now been made into a silkscreen print.
“Each silkscreen is made in collaboration with a Master Printer. I created the work using my original sketches and photos of the street artwork in situ. With the Printer, we produced the screens, mixed the colours, and the result is a seven colour screenprint.” – Anthea Missy
