Watercolor monoprints using vellum as the “plate”. Images inspired by the trees and landscape surrounding the
Ashokan Reservoir in the Catskill Mountains which holds the drinking water for New York City.
Prints include ghosts of previous pulled prints and overlays which create texture and depth. “Drawing” was done
with tubes of Daniel Smith watercolor as well as foam brushes, sponges and spray bottles.
