Artist Francisco Morales (Mexican – b. 1989) is concerned with conceptual and formal expositions, geometric primitivism, and organic simplicity. His subjects are often organic objects, zoomed into highlight the texture of water undulations, a stone’s surface, or tree bark. His medium is graphite, and his intricate sketchings are deceptively simple.
