An excellent impression of this rare woodcut, on very good wove paper.
Very few printed, and each one is different: the artist experimented with colors.
Signed in pencil by the artist, and annotated “Holzschnitt, handdruck” (“Woodcut, printed by hand”).
“Wollgemuth & Lissner” blindstamp outside the image, as always.
Very slight damage to upper corners of margins, well away from the image.
Otherwise in perfect condition.
A gem.
