Lance Letscher created “Flux” with five drypoint plates, each scored with a pattern of lines and printed with custom-mixed color. Two plates were inked with more than one color ink, adding to the complexity of image. A sixth soft-ground plate was created to a print ledger styled page onto Japan Kitakata. That page was folded to counter proof itself creating a 24″ x 24″ print that was chine colléd into the drypoint printing.
