Mari Nalte Orensanz, born 12 September 1936 in Argentina, is known for her art that blends thought and matter to foster social consciousness. Her experience during Argentina’s “Dirty War” profoundly influenced her, notably in her work “Pensar es un Hecho Revolucionario” (Thinking is a Revolutionary Act), a tribute to state terrorism victims in Buenos Aires’ Parque de la Memoria.
