Through his collaborations with celebrated writers including Doris Lessing, Brendan Behan, Graham Greene, Robert Graves and Lawrence Durrell, Paul’s work became familiar to millions across the globe. He is best loved for his architectural studies and detailed observations of everyday folk going about their daily lives.
During his lifetime, Paul Hogarth travelled extensively throughout China, the USSR and the Soviet satellite states and spent many years living and working as an illustrator in America.
