Limited edition case bound book in a solander box embossed with the name of the Print Studio, i.e. Curwen. The book printed by BAS. Published in conjunction with an exhibition at the Royal Academy, a celebration of 40 years of printmaking at the Curwen Studio.
The wrap around jacket is a hand signed and numbered (in ink) limited edition original lithograph on 130 gsm paper handmade in Margaux, France at the Ruscombe Paper Mill, printed at Curwen itself. The book includes Duotone photos of the Studio in action, text from various people involved in the Studio and prints from 41 reknowned artists each represented by a single print made by the artist at Curwen.
