Benefit Print Sale – Lower East Side Printshop

“The Printshop Benefit Print Sale is a special annual event when we offer generously discounted works by by distinguished artists– more than 50 limited edition and unique works! It is an extraordinary opportunity for collectors to acquire high quality artworks at affordable prices.The Benefit Sale ensures our residency programs for artists are well funded and offer a high level of service.
Featured benefit prints will include Ghada Amer, Sebastiaan Bremer, Jennie C. Jones, Enoc Perez, Rashid Johnson, Stephen Talasnik, and many others. The exhibition and sale will be on view—and online at http://printshop.org—from February 26 through March 15.
Proceeds will support studio residencies for artists that provide invaluable resources, including master printer collaboration, specialized printmaking equipment, stipends, career advancement services, exhibitions, and access to a vibrant artistic community.
With exhibitions, publications, Editions/Artists’ Books Fair, and educational programming, the Printshop promotes better understanding and appreciation of printmaking and contemporary art. Serving more than 160 artists annually, the Printshop is the largest residency program for printmaking in the US and serves a growing, broad, and diverse audience of artists, arts professionals, students, and the general public.
